Strong Kids Fund

All proceeds from our special events go to the Strong Kids Fund. The YMCA Strong Kids Fund gives underserved youth and those with diverse abilities in our community a YMCA experience through membership, camps, sports, after-school learning programs, and activities at little or no cost.

Youth Sports at the Y

At the Y, youth sports such as flag football, soccer, volleyball, baseball and basketball leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive programs. This creates a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.

Y NINJA

Y Ninja is a fun obstacle course run for kids and kids plus an adult. It’s a timed run through inflatables and constructed obstacles with runners competing for prizes across the grounds of the Kerasotes Y.

EASTER EGG HUNT

Join us on April 12th from 3-5pm for an Easter Egg Hunt at Camp Wa-Kon-Tah. There will be crafts, candy, The Easter Bunny, and more. Cost is $5 per child.

GOLF FOR KIDS CHARITY

Our annual Golf for Kids is a charity golf outing at the Piper Glen Golf Course. This event helps fund programs and program scholarships for children and their families in the Springfield area for the last 23 years. Have a great the day golfing for a good cause!
