Downtown & Kerasotes Rentals
Birthdays, weddings, meetings, swim parties, team building, camping, field trips, and more! The YMCA is a great place for a party.
Rental Information
- There is a contract and a non-refundable deposit required for each event and should be made 2-4 weeks prior to the event.
- For all youth events the YMCA requires one chaperone over the age of 18 and out of high school for every 5 children unless otherwise specified.
- Groups are welcome to bring their own refreshments or snacks.
Gymnasium Parties
- $150 for members | $200 for public
- Downtown | Saturdays 11-1
- Gym time 11-12
- Room time 12-1
- Kerasotes | Saturdays 2-4
- Gym time 2-3
- Room time 3-4
- It is a 1/2 gymnasium rental, with a lowered divider. We have equipment available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own. Max party size is 30 guests.
Swimming Parties
- $175 for members | $200 for public

- The swimming time is scheduled during our open swim time, so there is a chance that other members will be in the pool. You are allowed to have up to 15 people from your party in the pool with a total of 30 guests.

- Gymnastics center 2-3
- Room time 3-4
- Trained gymnastics staff will escort kids and lead activities. Max party size is 15 kids and a total of 30 guests.
